When permitted, we submit proof of course completions to your state's licensing authority for you. However, some states don't allow us to do so. Learn more about reporting here.
We maintain confidential course completion records that can only be accessed by authorized JADE personnel. We do not share records with anyone other than your appointed Business Solutions administrator and the course takers.
Vouchers are unique course links that can only be redeemed once. To receive a voucher, simply select the quantity you need during the checkout process and follow the instructions to create an administrator account (it only takes a few minutes). You may issue them to anyone in your company, including yourself, who needs to complete the required course(s). Once purchased, each voucher is valid for one year.
Assigning vouchers and tracking course completion progress can all be done using an administrative account within our FUSION LMS. Vouchers can be monitored in real time to track learner progress.
Start by finding the voucher dashboard in your admin account. It displays the remaining number of “seats” (vouchers) you have left.
Click the Invite button to send a voucher directly via email or select Manual to generate a unique and shareable access link. Once sent, employees can access their training by creating an account.
