How to Renew Your Electrical License in Ohio
Electricians in the state of Ohio must complete the following requirements in order to renew their electrical license:
- Complete 8-10 hours of electrical continuing education every year.
- Only 4-5 of those hours may be completed online.
- The license renewal date is based on its expiration date.

STEP 4
Report your hours to the state board
