JADE Learning Privacy Policy


This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your submitted information for use with our services on the JADE Learning, LLC family of websites & our Affiliates. By accepting the Privacy Policy through registration, you consent to our collection, storage, copyright, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective upon acceptance for new users and is otherwise effective beginning March 1st, 2007.

Collection and Storage

You can browse our Sites without disclosing any information. In order to register and use our services, you must provide some identification information. We use this information in order to give you credit for your continuing education hours. When you provide us with information, you consent to the transfer and secure storage of that information. Your information is stored securely on our servers. If you choose to pay online with a credit or debit card, you are using a site that is validated by Network Solutions as a secure site for online transactions. The transactions are protected with a $1,000,000.00 Guarantee. You may visit the certificate and terms by clicking on the Network Solutions seal on our Sites. We never store your credit card information.


We will never sell or rent your information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do maintain the right to use your information to improve and personalize our services. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications from us, simply indicate your preference by sending us an email or by filling out our contact form.


Our primary purpose in collecting your information is to validate your credit hours with the State licensing board. We also use it to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized experience. You agree that we may use your submitted information to: 1.) provide the services and customer support you request; 2.) resolve issues, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems; 3.) prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; 4.) customize and improve our services and the Sites' content and layout; and 5.) tell you about service updates and promotional offers based on your communication preferences. In some cases we may use publicly available data to validate your account information or for security purposes. We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to third parties, without notice to You, if required to do so by law, or if JADE Learning has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with legal process served on us; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; (3) act in an emergency to protect someone's safety. JADE Learning reserves the right to transfer Personal Information to any successor in interest to the business. JADE Learning (either directly or via its third party partners) may collect anonymized session and anonymized click-tracking data regardless of a computer's Do-Not-Track signal.

Our Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose information to respond to a State licensing board's requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or to protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.
