Licensing Renewal Requirements

Oregon has different electrician licenses that require various amounts of CE to renew. However, all electricians must submit a renewal application every three years by October 1st.

How do I renew?

All licenses are eligible for online renewal within 45 days of the expiration date.

Do I need to report my education?

JADE Learning reports completed course credit to the BCD on your behalf. We do recommend keeping a record of your completed online courses in the case of an audit.

Does Oregon offer licensing reciprocity?
