- Water Treatment or Distribution Operators of Grades 1 and 2 must complete 7 hours.
- Water Treatment or Distribution Operators of Grades 3 and 4 must complete 14 hours.
All hours must be completed by December 31 every 2 years and only a maximum of 2.5 hours may be spent on safety topics.
