Wastewater Operators in Alabama are required to complete continuing education by December 31 every year in order to renew their license. JADE Learning offers the water distribution operator certification classes necessary to renew the licenses needed for: Basic Level Installers (6 credit hours) Advanced Level I Installers (8 credit hours) Advanced Level II Installers (10 credit hours)

How to Renew Your Alabama Wastewater License
Alabama Wastewater Operators are required to complete 6-10 continuing education hours for renewal every year, depending on license type. The deadline is December 31st every year.
- Basic, pumper, manufacturer or portable restroom (or any combination of the 4) = 6 hours
- Advanced Level I Installer, pumper manufacturer or portable restroom (or any combination of the 4) = 8 hours
- Advanced Level II Installer, pumper, manufacturer or portable restroom (or any combination of the 4) = 10 hours
