Our primary purpose in collecting your information is to validate your credit hours with the
State licensing board. We also use it to provide you with a safe, smooth, efficient, and customized
experience. You agree that we may use your submitted information to: 1.) provide the services and
customer support you request; 2.) resolve issues, collect fees, and troubleshoot problems; 3.)
prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities; 4.) customize and improve our services and the
Sites' content and layout; and 5.) tell you about service updates and promotional offers based on
your communication preferences. In some cases we may use publicly available data to validate your account information or for security purposes. We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information to third parties, without notice to You, if required to do so by law, or if JADE Learning has a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (1) comply with legal process served on us; (2) protect and defend our rights or property; (3) act in an emergency to protect someone's safety. JADE Learning reserves the right to transfer Personal Information to any successor in interest to the business. JADE Learning (either directly or via its third party partners) may collect anonymized session and anonymized click-tracking data regardless of a computer's Do-Not-Track signal.
Our Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose information to respond to a State licensing board's requirements, enforce
our policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or
to protect anyone's rights, property, or safety.
